Traditional Czech Puppetry Theatre

 

 

Along with traditional Czech puppeteer, Lenka Muchova, Benito Di Fonzo has developed and adapted ancient European fables by the likes of Bozena Nemcova for Australian child audiences.

Pictured below is Benito and Lenka performing the ancient fable "Maruschka & The Twelve Months". Benito narrates and provides live musical accompaniment and sound effects.

 

Benito’s adaptations bring out the humour while staying true to the original stories. The fables are fun and entertaining as well as educational.
